Use this form to request deletion of your Cyberline Racing player account and the data associated with it. You can also send the same request by email to info@aipcsoft.com.

What will be deleted

• Your cloud player profile: nickname, email address, avatar, country
• Game progress stored on our servers: level, currency, cars, upgrades
• Leaderboard and online cup entries
• Links to your Facebook or Google sign-in (we never store your password)

Purchase records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. Progress saved only on your device is removed by uninstalling the game.

How it works

Requests are processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent — your progress and purchases cannot be restored afterwards. Provide at least one way for us to find your account (nickname, email, or player ID from the in-game Profile screen).

Every request is verified before anything is deleted. Nobody can delete your account just by knowing your nickname: we confirm ownership first — for example by matching the email address saved in your game profile, or by asking you to confirm the request from inside the game. Requests that cannot be verified are not actioned.
